Taking public transportation to work and being a frequent traveler, it can be easy for me to get sick being exposed to all those germs. One way I prevent being sick year round, especially with the season changes is eating better and resting when needed. Part of my healthy eating habits is having breakfast daily with most of the time it being a smoothie. I also add Emergen-C to my breakfast smoothies because it is an easy and delicious way to take vitamins that are important to my healthy lifestyle. Emergen-C is packed with B vitamins, antioxidants†, electrolytes plus more vitamin C than 10 oranges^.

  1. Love this smoothie idea! Anyway I can help ward off getting sick this season I’m on top of, and I love the idea of adding the EmergenC into it. Great idea!

  2. I love trying out different smoothies anytime and a combination of banana, blackberries & blueberries sounds amazing. I have never used Emergen-C before with a smoothie, but would try next time!
