Family Fun on I-Drive 360 Orlando

Family Fun on I-Drive 360 Orlando

My family rented another villa in the Kissimmee, Florida area for our annual vacation. We visited Disney and Legoland again, but I wanted to do something different. During my search, I discovered I-Drive 360 on International Drive that has a lot of activities for families.

I-Drive 360 is the home to the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye, Madame Tussauds, Sea Life Aquarium, Skeleton Museum and Arcade City. We initially wanted to do the package with the Orlando Eye and Aquarium, but my oldest nephew chickened out on the Ferris Wheel ride.

The Orlando Eye

The ride on the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye is 25 minutes and is the tallest observation wheel on the east coast. You can see views from nearby theme parks to Cape Canaveral on a clear day. At night, the Orlando Eye lights up in different colors making it a fun experience for families or a romantic one for couples.

Sea Life Aquarium

The Sea Life Aquarium had interactive games and activities. We were able to see sharks, turtles, seahorses, jellyfish and more. They also have a touch pool to pet starfish and other sea creatures. Our favorite part was going from station to station collecting stamps to get a prize from the gift shop. Some of the stamps didn’t match the station number, but my nephew was smart enough to match his correctly.

In addition to family-friendly attractions, I-Drive 360 has a food court for lunchtime or restaurants for regular dining like Sugar Factory, Outback Steakhouse, and other nightlife activities. While waiting to go home, we were even able to catch some live entertainment. It is a nice area for photo opportunities by the man-made lake or taking a nice walk. To save some money, you can bundle an Orlando Eye ride with admission to Madame Tussauds Orlando, SEA LIFE Orlando and/or Legoland Florida.

OMG this is so convenient, especially out of towers who want an attraction but don’t want to travel all over the places with children by their sides. Do you think financially its family friendly on the pockets?

Thanks i’m going to Florida in a couple months. I’m a little afraid of heights but I would ride the Ferris wheel, the view from the top is nice. The aquarium looks really cool.
