Taking public transportation to work and being a frequent traveler, it can be easy for me to get sick being exposed to all those germs. One way I prevent being sick year round, especially with the season changes is eating better and resting when needed. Part of my healthy eating habits is having breakfast daily. If I do find the time it is usually a smoothie. I also add Emergen-C to my breakfast smoothies sometimes because it is an easy and delicious way to take vitamins that are important to my healthy lifestyle. Emergen-C is packed with B vitamins, antioxidants†, electrolytes plus more vitamin C than 10 oranges^.
†Vitamin C, Zinc, and Manganese
