Taking public transportation to work and being a frequent traveler, it can be easy for me to get sick being exposed to all those germs. Banana Berry Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients
- Emergen-C Super Orange – 1 packet
- 6 oz. fresh blueberries
- 1 cups coconut water
- 1 banana

How to Make a Banana Berry Breakfast Smoothie
- Add ingredients in the following order: coconut water, Emergen-C Super Orange, banana, blueberries, and blackberries
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

I love having othies for breakfast as it’s a great way to get your daily dose of fruits and veggies. Haven’t tried it with emergen, tho. Might have to give it a shot!
Emergan C is my go to for cold season or When I need to get a vitamin boost! never thought of smoothie, this is great!
This looks like a very tasty and thick smoothie. I am going to try EmergenC with some berries in it too.
I do the same thing and I add ginger during the colder months. I also take my vitamins and sleep. All are extremely important.
I’m so not a huge fan of ginger, but it does help with digestion.
