Here’s how it works:
We’ll start with a 30-minute conference call to discuss your travel plans and the experience you’re looking for. From there, I’ll create a personalized itinerary tailored to your preferences and budget. You’ll receive your custom PDF itinerary via email within 7 days of our call and after receiving payment.
Choose Your Package:
- Simple Itinerary (3-5 days): $50
- Includes activity recommendations, accommodations, and a basic daily schedule.
- Moderate Itinerary (7-10 days): $100
- Includes detailed planning for transportation, bookings, and multiple destinations.
- Comprehensive Itinerary (10+ days or complex trips): $250
- Includes personalized recommendations, reservations, and special requests (e.g., private tours).
Important Details:
- Payments are non-refundable.
- All bookings will be made by you unless otherwise arranged
- For groups of 3 or more, the price is per person.
- There will be an extra $25 per person charge for bookings.
- There will be an extra 30% surcharge for urgent/last-minute requests.
- An extra $50 charge per person for on-trip concierge support.

Amazing service… using a travel agent to book my trip made it so much easier. I did not have to stress over where I was going to stay and what I was going to do. Chattanooga has always been my favorite place to visit but this time I was able to see and do so much more. I was able to explore ruby falls, take a ride on the incline railway, explore downtown and dine at a 5 star resturant all while feeling secure staying at a lovely hotel. We went to town for a parade, visited the local museum that showed the Hurricane Katrina exhibit which also included Mardi Gras floats, and Padgett Dresses from the Queens.
