    I eat out more to make adulting easier. Sure, I’m spending more money but the reduced stress is so worth it.

  4. I take my vitamins daily, especially my Vitamin D since my levels are in the ground. I believe adulting is paying your bills on-time and maintaining healthy relationships.

  5. I agree with all of these tips! I need to do better with taking vitamins regularly and eating lunch out (out of laziness to prepare a lunch). I do try to pack healthy snacks for the work day though.

  6. Nice post and great points. As you get older you really do have to take breaks and live. And a good vitamin is important too.
